· 4 tbsp soft butter.
· 2 % tbsp fine granulated sugar.
· 1 egg.
· 2% cup flour.
· 1 tablespoon cocoa.
· 4 tbsp pure chocolate, in pieces.
· 1 small cake pan (volume 400ml), Buttered.
Step 1: Preheat the Air fryer to 95℃.
Step 2:In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer for approximately 5 minutes until light and creamy.
Step 3:Add the egg and beat it into the butter. Then add the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
Finally add the jam, the chocolate pieces, and the grated orange peel and mix well.
Step 4:Transfer the batter to the cake pan and use a spatula to smooth the surface.
Step 5:Put the cake pan in the fryer basket and slide the basket into the Air fryer. Preset mode to cake and bake the cake until it is nicely brown and done. The cake is done if a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out dry.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then turn the cake out onto a wire rack to cool.
