Crepe



INGREDIENT

METHOD

· One egg.

· 1g to 30 g sugar.

· 3g Salt.

· Vanilla extract in moderation.

· 230 g Milk.

· 5g Baking powder

· 160g all-purpose flour (plain flour)

· 20g Melted unsalted butter


Step 1:Whisk eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla with an egg beater.


Step 2:Whisk in milk, all-purpose flour, and melted butter, the batter to complete.


Step 3:Cook pancakes over low heat. About a few minutes after you pour the batter into the pan, it starts to bubble up, turn it over.


Step 4:Add honey and fruit, done.
