INGREDIENT

METHOD

· Pure milk in moderation.

· Yogurt starter in moderation.

· Fruits in moderation.



Step 1:Wash the fermentation container, then rinse it with just boiling water to disinfect it. When the water drains, pour in pure milk.


Step 2:Pour the starter mixture into the pure milk and stir well with chopsticks.


Step 3:Put the mixed "ingredients" into the Bear yogurt machine, twist the lid, select the "yogurt" mode, and wait for the countdown to end, which usually takes 8-10 hours.


Step 4:Divide the yogurt into cups and top with a layer of fruit.
